I have more than 30 years of intense work activity, initially as a manager in industrial companies such as Sulzer, Flowserve, Aco and Initec Energía, almost always in international environments (Europe and Middle East) and as an independent consultant for the last 10 years.

I have a solid background and experience in industrial engineering, innovation and new technologies. The management of some companies has allowed me to develop good skills in strategic approach, planning, decision making and team leadership. I have also carried out academic activity, as a professor in business schools and with publications in the field of innovation. I was the Director of Innovation at La Salle Innovation Park (Madrid).

I started as an independent consultant in 2011 from the conviction that SMEs demand advice that ensures the rapid achievement of results from a comprehensive approach to their business to take advantage of opportunities coming from all areas of their activity.

In 2017 I started advising companies in the Activa Industria 4.0 and Crecimiento pyme programs of the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), of which I am an approved consultant and teacher. I have extensive experience in writing European proposals (EIC Accelerator, EIE and Digital Europe). I keep my certification by the AIPE (Association of Professional Engineers of Spain) up to date and combine my activities with mentoring startups, through different networks of entrepreneurs (Comillas and Madrimasd), which gives me insight into the changes in the sectors in which I work, and the ability to share my experience and contrast approaches with other professionals in the service of innovative projects.
