European funding

EIC Accelerator closing on March 13, 2024 – +€650 million for deep tech startups

EIC Pathfinder Open  closing on March 7, 2024 – €136 million for breakthrough technologies at low TRLs

Innovation Fund closing on April 9, 2024 – €4 billion for decarbonisation technologies

Eurostars closing on March 14, 2024 – +€100 million for international collaborative R&D projects

CCU for the production of fuels closing on January 21, 2025 – more than 130M€ to fund activities targeting a sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply

Advanced user-friendly, compatible, secure identity and travel document management closing on November 20, 2024 – more than 29M€ to contribute to the implementation of the European Border Surveillance System (EUROSUR) and the development of tools and methods for Integrated Border Management.

Combating hate speech online and offline closing on November 20, 2024 – more than 40M€ to fight crime and terrorism.

UK funding

IUK Smart grant closing on April 24, 2024 – 25M£ for game-changing and commercially viable R&D innovations

Diet and health innovation: Early stage feasibility projects closing on May 8, 2024 – £2.5 million for early stage feasibility projects working with one or more of the Diet and Health Open Innovation Research Club (OIRC) hubs. This funding is from BBSRC and Innovate UK.

SBRI: Decarbonising concrete closing on March 4, 2024 – £3 million, inclusive of VAT, in developing solutions to accelerate decarbonising concrete.

Environmental Monitoring Innovation closing on March 6, 2024 – £5 million for collaborative projects to develop innovative solutions in environmental monitoring. This funding is from Innovate UK and The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra).
